How to Get Steed Farm's
Fresh, Local Produce
Produce is available by membership with our CSA (community supported agriculture) farm. We harvest for 24 weeks from mid-November through May. All produce is grown right on the farm (with the exception of a few bonus items which are grown at our home or at Shawn's office). We grow over 60 varieties of vegetables, herbs, and fruits and pick them fresh for our members, early in the morning and finish minutes before pickup or delivery. Produce is grown the way we like it to be; organic and sustainable. Each week we provide between 7-10 tasty, seasonal, fresh vegetables, herbs, and a few types of fruit. Season registration runs May-Oct 15. Total cost is $25.00 per week full share, $12.50 per week half share. This equates to $600.00 for a full share and $300.00 for a half share. Delivery is $5.00 per week (where available). Pick up is free at the farm, and is available each Saturday during the season from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. We encourage pickup as a way to meet the farmers and a way to connect to your local community. Come and be a part of the experience.
